When I was having my cup of Serda coffee today, I drove over to the square to see the new transit station. It is really cool, looking like an art-deco, copper roofed, trolley station from the 20's or 30's. I remember seeing them up north a long time ago and while it doesn't have the cast iron, hand turned spindles of yesteryear, it is a darn close facsimile and another interesting addition to downtown Mobile.
