Cup of coffee; Deborahs special Hot Cross Cinnamon Buns and soon I was ready for church. Good Easter service this morning. During the final prayers, Father Saucier announced that the church would be re-sodding the front of the sanctuary grass "so Tom Hayward can get the city to vote us yard of the month". After mass we went downtown to Serda's for coffee, but they were closed. So we wound up at Spot Of Tea for a large glass of iced tea before heading home to Easter lunch at Bob and Nell Barnes. After a wonderful lunch of ham, stuffing, hash browns and at least four desserts, the adults went to the front yard to hide Easter eggs for the great chandchildren.
The kids fought over the eggs and the old folks laughed.
