This afternoon at Kiwanis we had a program about 4H delivered by Karla Autrey and her daughter Valerie. Valerie spoke about 4H programs starting around the early 1900's to get education abouit new ways of farming to the parents through the children. 4H stands for Heart, Head, Hands and Health. Valerie did a good job and informed us that the 4H flag was taken aboard the last space shuttle flight.
