At Kiwanis luncheon our new president, Ervin Dailey, brought up helping Kathy Couey financially with the Halloween Parade for the kids by contributing $50. toward candy. Our state governor, George Givens, spoke about visiting all the other clubs and gave us some positive news about the Fort Conde club. They are the club sponsoring the Golf Tournament, in which we participate. We also discussed sending a card to Barbara Trout, recovering from her recent surgery.
