At Kiwanis today we were pleased to have Kuran Holden from the Mercy Ships speak to us. These ships go from port to port in African Countries and perform surgeries for people with cleft palates, tumors, deformed limbs and spread good will from the United States to that land. Kuran brought his wife and two sweet children to eat lunch with us and as always, they were a delight to see. The club voted to give them a $100. donation at meetings end.
