Today I finished the cost proposal for Mobile Museum Of Art and prepared for the Memorial Day weekend. Mayor Pittman and the City Attorney Jay Minus requested some of the Knights smoked Boston Butts for the July 4th holiday. They are offering slow cooked Butts, Hams and Ribs (fall off the
bone tender). Debbie is going to run up to Atlanta for a couple of days and I will be cleaning out my boat and garage.
