Last evening Deb and I went to Farm/City night at the John Archer Center. This a celebration in which our farming community of South Alabama gets together with the City folks to pay attention to the abundance of crops and animals raised in our area.  The interaction of these providers was first initiated by the Kiwanis in 1954 and is celebrated each November. Speaker  Reggie Copeland praised the many same family farms in South Alabama over 100 years in existance. Deb walked away with one of the coveted prizes.
