Last night the Industrial Development Board met to determine the possibility of a tax abatement for Arc Terminals, the corporation who purchased the assets of the now defunct Dunhill Terminals. The facility would be a storage only property with no sales tax of product being available to to the City Of Chickasaw. A lengthy discussion was held regarding the fire and safety precautions not undertaken by the previous owner and the need for the new company to adhere to Chickasaw's ordinances on buuilding permits.
