And so it begins. . . as summer officially ends and fall starts without notice in Alabama, the pumpkins appear. This is the front of Fresh Market, imploring you to take home TWO;  I guess one for the front door and one for a pie!  In the meantime we are sprinting for the deadline on Founders Day. . . much to do and very little time before October 30th.  The people waiting until the last minute to obtain a booth, petty arguments between members of the committee and the same usual suspects ramroding the action. What a rush!
